Legal support professionals are needed around the clock for 2nd, 3rd and busy weekend shifts, and this opens up many placement opportunities for our candidates. DeltaForce’s Placement Coordinators are available 24 hours a day to receive client requests and offer placement to our available talent. Some agencies use an answering service to relay 2nd, 3rd and weekend shift requests to their staff, but we feel this process is too slow to be successful. Instead, we ensure faster placements by making direct communication between our office and the clients and candidates we serve available at all times.
